SEX PERKS - PART 5

Disturbed or insufficient sleep has proven to have profound consequences in a woman's life. It can affect every area of her wellbeing. One study by the National Sleep Foundation revealed that over 50% of women with sleep problems admit to it having had a negative impact on their daily activities.

Unfortunately, with more and more women treating sleep as a luxury due to their busy lives. And here's a statistic for you, 'More women than men (twice) complain of sleep problems.'

The average number of hours slept by these women in the survey is 5.25 hours - far less than the 7-8 hours ideally required to function properly. Some other stats: 46% reported interference in their daily responsibilities, 34% reported problems in their relationship (from exhaustion in keeping up) and 27% reported job impairment.

One solution - Sex!

Researchers had found that the biochemical releases and changes that occur during sex can actually aid sleep. (Of course many of us already knew that). By comparison, sex works better than any other sleeping pill as you sleep 25% longer and without the side-effects. Sex makes you go into deep sleep and you can expect to be more alert and active the day after. And you will likely have enough energy for sports or, more sex.
