SEX PERKS - PART 4

Here is the continuation of the Sex Perks series. Before anything, I'd like to thank all those who sent in their ideas of what sex means to them and how it has helped them in their lives. Thank you so much.

So this installment, I'd like to talk about how sex can make a perfect workout. I mean if it becomes jaded somewhat over the years, you can always have an excuse to have sex. It is for you to stay fit and slim.

Agree or not, sex is one of the most enjoyable and active sports one can indulge in on a regular basis. Whether it is a wild or relaxing session, it helps to stretch and tone the muscles of your body. Many friends and acquaintances often what is my secret for staying so slim and fit (hardly so, but I'll take anything at this age) and I often tell them without blinking an eye that I have lots of sex.

Thanks to my significant other's love for adventure sports, I've tried quite a bit of them but I can tell you for a fact that sex is equally and can even be more energising. Besides, it's cheaper and there is no gear involved (well almost no gear).

I read somewhere that you can actually burn up to 550 calories at a go with average intensity sex. And depending on the positions you get into, it can be a great tummy flatener. But please, don't take my word for it.
