PREMIE CUMMER

Curiosly, I recently made a rough count of 33, as I sieved through my email folders. That is the number of emails from both men and several women writing in on the topic of premature ejaculation. Most of the men wanted some advice and the women simply expressed silent frustration.

The first thing to note is that it's a very common problem amongst men and although the figures do seem to indicate that age is a factor, I've come across MANY men in their 20s and early 30s with the problem. While mental and emotional factors do come up for mention, the best person who can help accurately diagnose and treat the contion is your doctor.

If you are actively seeking help, good for you. The thing is not to feel ashamed of it. Talk to someone and don't wait because when you still can have it, sex is a wonderful outlet of release - some may say it keeps them sane in this helter-skelter world we live in.

Anyway, back to the emails. Seven of them actually thanked yours truly for the advise I gave them since it was quite obvious that there were performance issues causing it. One woman commented that the 'go-slow-start-stop' regime actually worked. 'Five months later, he is back to performing like before' she adds.

So guys, if you sense a problem that is troubling you, do something about it or it can rob you of the best natural activiy in your lifetime.
