Other than playing out a specific fetish role-play - dick humiliation which some guys get turned on by - I don't think there are quite as many girls out there who have told any sex partner of theirs straight up that their dicks were small.

Yes, gals talk about it amongst themselves but I have only heard of one guy who had his partner tell him that he was 'not as well endowed as she expected'. Even that, no words like small, tiny or puny were used.
